I feel like I'm the only one who doesn't hate the purple and gold. Though I would say the FF Colors idea may be good.

The FF menu colors are a unique idea, but I'm not sure how well it'd work out.



How would it not be just plain blue?

Also, I'll just continue to mention that I'd like to get away from the FF-based forum idea, and something like that (although cool) wouldn't be helping.

Never said it was perfect, just that it was good, alot better then the old one we had.

I like the scheme concept but its to dark..we need more of a vibrant color like mettalic colors.

I like the old banner compared to the new one.
It's plain and does what it says on the tin.
The new one is just cheap looking and nasty.

I believe that was the whole point. I'm thinking Omniscient wants to take the forum away from the standard humdrum FF based themes and into a more mature fantasy type theme, which is what this maroon and gold skin does. Dunno why so many people hate it, it's nice on the eyes.

Well, CEK, going in a more mature direction is a great idea if that is in fact what Defender is going for.

But Fushchia/Maroon/Purple and Gold with a cheap sword at the top is NOT screaming mature.
