"Sayn..." Sophie said as she grabbed onto his face with her hands, giving him a kiss. "I promise you won't lose me again... but really, I am ok to walk on my own, you've carried me far enough." Sophie got down from Sayns arms as she took a deep breath while looking at the world around her. It's been a while since I've been able to see the world like this... being stuck between two dimensions... "It's beautiful..." Sophie thought to herself. "Deal!" No one noticed the white wolf laying on the grass several feet away, and Arcan liked it that way.
Tadyr was dead and his brother could finally rest in peace. Looking over at Ashalla who was talking to a surprised, but happy Ragna, he could see that she was going to be okay as well. Arcan's thoughts went to Flora for a moment and he felt sad, but he picked himself up, stretching and yawning and decided that the poor, damaged magi was probably better off. At least she had some peace now. Arcan thought about sticking around and staying with Ash, Noel and Ragna, but it wasn't really his style. Although, he thought as he loped off into areas unknown, he might just pop back for a visit some time. The End. |
