Favorite part of FFVIII?

Mine was probably the whole Lunatic Pandora ordeal.

I think my favourite scene from the whole game is the part where Seifer is torturing Squall on the electric thing.

Really emotional cause you get the feelings of betrayal.

Mine was definitely the Battle at Balamb Garden, before it flies when all the soldiers are outside and there's some heavy warfare going on. I loved it.

Like CEK said. The Garden battle was my favourite part. From the start of it till the very end of he disc.
On a close second place I have to say the first part untill the point hwere you have to go and meet Quistie in the secret area everyone knows about. I just love the Dollet part.

I liked just about every part.......the card game was a bit strange.....i didn't understand it until the very end of the game.......maybe i'll play the game over again.

i did like the part where you're trying to get the missles from going after the garden.....yeah, I like that one.

yeah it took me like 3-4 playthroughs before I managed to learn the card game and create my ultimate defence strategy.

I kick arse at the card game.
I get every card and a second lot from the card queen at the end.
I like the bit where you get to pick the instruments that the characters play. You can get several conversations out of it. I also like when they go to the space station and the guards are trying to pull the president out of the door. That bit always makes me laugh

I only take use the card game in the beginning so I can get Squalls Lionheart by the end of disc one. and of course some nice highlevel magic to junction so I can kick ass the rest of the game without having to care one bit.

okay, I changed my mind.....my favorite part is the intrumetns part! I totally forgot about that one!

I decided that my favourite part to PLAY is the Timber mission, my favourite CUTSCENE is the opener and my favourite STORY SECTION is the one I mentioned above.

Thats only from how far I've got so far though.
