So i was just wondering, what does everyone count as the worst FF game? And why do you think its the worst?

I'd have to say FF12, for reasons which I've already stated countless times already on this forum.

The long and short of it is, it just feels too much like an MMO, lacks a decent plot, and has no character depth whatsoever.

Hard to say since i haven't played all of them but i didn't like 5 very much but maybe i should like it if i played little longer. Otherwise i think 12. I don't disslike 12 but i like the other ones better. I don't like the characters and theres some other stuff i don't like too but i don't want to explain them now. Maybe some other time.

I gonna have to say 11 b/c it was a MMO. Then 12 would follow as a very close second. It was an ok game but it didn't feel like a FF game.

-X-2 because it just was such a weird idea to begin with.
-Haven't played XII yet, but I sure hope I don't say anything bad about it.

and if anyone puts FFI, II, or III in this thread, they're an idiot.

I guess it's probably about half and half there. I just seemed to hear that the main complaint was that it just didn't really feel like an FF. But I can leave it at a failed step out. I've never actually played it myself, only watched. So I guess that wasn't really fair of me.

I've never played Dirge of Cerberus, but yeah, I guess it sucks too.

I disagree about FFXII. The gameplay is very different of the old ones, but not really bad. The storyline is great and well written (you must read the whole bestiary for discover a lot of hidden stuffs about the background). FFXII is just disappointing on some aspects (music, characters and that ability grind stuff).
