Ah, best pirate themed mmo/mmorpg for me is Puzzle Pirates. Gawd it's such a great game.

Dofus is another great mmorpg if anyone wants to try it.

It is free and the best you can get for free. The community if friendly too.

First one I ever played was MythWar Online, now called MythWarII, then I moved on to Legend of Ares. It was amazing - I was a member of the strongest Guild on the game, but the leader left and the Guild collapsed after that, so I lost interest. I think Legend of Ares is actually closing down soon though, not sure... I never tried it, but heard of a good one called Perfect World. I don't know much about it, but it's the game my Guild leader left Legend of Ares for.

The only free rog i play nowadays just because it makes a meber of my family happy is adventure quest worlds it's not much in a true since of an mm rpg there's skills and classes but other than that its your basic point and click adventure game

I playd Requiem: Memento Mori for some time and for me its the best free mmorpgs ever and its full of blood and sick things, you can cripple your enemies xD body parts all over the pleacexD try the game trust me you will love good graphics and solid gameplay
