who here has beaten it? and more importantly who here got the storyline? easily the hardest ff story to follow in the whole series.

I'm planning on playing it this summer after I play and beat FFVI on FF Anthology. It may be a while before I get to it, but it definitely looks challenging but worth the play.

if your a completist, the game takes forever pretty much. (leveling up cloud= about 20 hours right there at least)

Beat it....amazing game but weak ending. I only rate FF7 above it because it's playable characters are more memorable among some other reasons. I think i understood the whole thing....but now you are making me have doubts.

ive beaten it twice.. and it was a really great game IMO... i did every side quest as well.. getting cloud was so fun *_* (beautiful limit break skill.. but took forever to use lol) my only complaint was that the last boss didnt level up as your characters leveled up... which meant a 1 hit kill to the final boss for me... i was expecting a bigger challenge T_T

I don't see how thats possible Pocky, I've mastered every class, acquired every skill, magicks ,arithmiticks, I even obtained the Onion Knight Class and mastered that, you name it, I've got it, and all of the enemies have leveled up with me, most are more powerful than my characters even maxed out which sucks. Great story but I will NEVER play this fuckin game again. I hate it! Literally hate it. I've never been so frustrated by one game. This game takes the piss. I'm getting rid of my copies as soon as possible, I don't even want them as part of my FF library anymore. So bloody frustrating. I'm glad its finally over.

I've got the PSP version. On Chapter 3 at the moment and doing some errands. Really enjoyed the storyline so far, but it does get a bit confusing sometimes, and I find myself having to go back to read the chronicles. I can never remember who's who, which doesn't help either... >.<
