1.Well to make a long story short its about htese to friends that are a recovery service.And one of them has this power to generate his own electricity and the other has this ability to give peoples minds a "living nightmare".
2.the artwork is your opinion but my opinion is i like the artwork.
3.My opinion is that i really like this anime its on my top 20's list.

As for the anime itself, never heard of it, and it's hard to tell what it's about from the brief synopsis there.

Watched the anime before. Pretty good too. Admittedly, I'll think the electric guy's original personality was way more cool than his present personality when we are first introduced to him.

Yes i agree with you Zephiris. Ginji is way more cooler when he was the Lightning Emporer.
