I'm slowly working my way through Yakuza 3, and waiting for Super Street Fighter IV to come out next week. Can't wait!
I'm playing the unholy attempt at a union between Star Ocean and Valkyrie Profile... Yes I am playing Infinite Undiscovery.
All I gotta say about it is that as long as you keep an open mind this game can be borderline enjoyable, but that is only if you keep a very open mind. The graphics are downright ugly and not doing the 360 much justice, this is early PS2 days at best. The main heroine looks like a typical J girl with man arms, wtf man? The voice acting is downright atrocious, I don't know where SE dug these guys up but I sincerely hope they will leave them buried for all eternity. The gameplay is doable, typical action RPG but all the crap about situational battle was pure crap, it's nothing more than bonus rewards you get for meeting special conditions in major events, it's been done a million times and nothing to brag about.
The story is nice, I'm enjoying it but I've seen better, and the horrid flaws of this game ruin a lot of good moments. The music is great, Motoi Sakuraba has always been one of my favourites so no complaints there.
Uncharted, between sittings of Monster Hunter 3 Tri on the Wii, between feedings of the babies I'm not getting far!
Does Tri look like garbage on your tv, CEK? I've got a 42 inch hdtv and it looks like utter crap. It's kind of blurry/foggy, and not as crisp as I'd like it to be. I can't figure out how to make it look better. I suppose I need some upgraded cables, as I'm still rocking the ones the system came with.
Glad I just ripped Tri to a harddrive and didn't drop the bones on it.
WBFS manager FTMFW! It looks pretty good on my TV, I play on a 40 inch but I use component HD cables. they're worth the investment, its sharper and the detail is improved but not by an insane amount, I've gotten used to the Wii being nothing more than a GC with motion controls.
Playing through Splinter Cell: Conviction, its alright. Nothing to special though, but not bad either.
How is conviction, Feenux? I've been eyeing that game for some time now.
Just finished it, pretty damn good. Grew to like it more as it went on. But!, it is not a Splinter Cell game in anyway shape or form. Pretty much Gears Sam Fisher style. I used a deagle the entire game. Also easy as hell, as you have unlimited ammo for your pistol.
Moving onto Brutal Legend and Ballad of Gay Tony.

Yeah, it's not so much a splinter cell as it is Taken: The Movie - The Game. If you go in with the mindset that this isn't about sneaking past everybody, so much as murdering any mother f_cker who gets between you and your daughter, then you're golden. It's a lot of fun.
That said, they still allow you to sneak around without being seen, and encourage you to go through levels without being spotted or killing anybody. So if you still want to play with that style, you can.
The ending for co-op is fucking awesome, too.
